Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear must have the security tag intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form provided via email.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to any authorized UPS location. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
